About Tambrey

Tambrey has been a Registered Nurse since 1997 and a Nurse Practitioner since 2007. She graduated from Athabasca University with a Masters in Nurse Practitioner, and works with family, all ages. While working in clinical settings Tambrey discovered that in order for people to live meaningful healthy lives their needs must be met within the physical, emotional, spiritual, psychosocial and behavioral realms. Therefore, Tambrey is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy, as she works with clients who struggle with mental health and addictions.

Symptoms - Severe Mental Breakdown including severe anxiety, paranoia and depression. Soon after our first session of ART Therapy, we noticed results such as longer and restful sleeps, slowly weaning off medications, more calmness and self control. Out loud laughter in dreams while sleeping ( this was a huge step as he has not laughed or smiled in months).
